Rental Application

Please download and complete the Rental Application and submit along with a letter to the landlord telling him about yourself, your family, your children, your occupation and your pets. The landlord wants to know all about you since the credit report really only tells if your payments have been made on time.

Things to include in your letter:

  • How long would you like the lease to be?
  • What are you willing to pay per month?
  • Do you have 1st, last and security deposits?
  • What day would you like to start the lease?
  • Explain any issues we might find on your credit report. (We will find them)
  • Include a photo of your pets.
  • Include your email address
  • Include a photo copy of your driver’s license

Often times there is more than one applicant trying to rent the same house. Decisions are usually made based on the letter to the landlord.

**The rental application fee is $50/applicant. You can pay online or you can send your check payable to uKeepCommission Real Estate,111 Cavallini Drive, Nokomis, FL 34275. However, your application will not be processed until payment is received, therefore, online payment is always the best method.
