Sarasota Medieval Fair Starts this Weekend!

sarasota-medieval-fairThou are challenged to mount thy steed and ride to the Sarasota Medieval Fair.

Watch full contact jousting and human combat chess with wide eyes. Devour turkey legs, browse the extensive artisan marketplace and listen to Celtic music. Delicious deserts such as crepes and fudge bars are available, along with alcoholic beverages. Test your luck in games such as archery. Try riding a camel and the flying carousel or the many other wild rides.

The festival runs through the November weekends of 5-6, 12-13 and 19-20, 2016.

Each unique weekend of the Sarasota Medieval Fair takes place at the Sarasota County Fairgrounds, 3000 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, FL. Festival hours last from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and tickets cost $17.95 for adults and $15.95 for senior, student and military admission. The cost for children ages 5 to twelve is $8.95 while kids under 4 get in free.
